Warranty
Cutting Edge Architectural Moldings, LLC (Cutting Edge) warrants that the architectural products manufactured and distributed by Cutting Edge are free from manufacturing defects when installed in accordance with guidelines and instructions, where indicated, and in accordance to the customary and ordinary standards of the industry.
Cutting Edge’s sole responsibility shall be for the replacement of the product only, when it has been determined by Cutting Edge that the product was defective as a result of manufacturing and not as a result of improper installation or handling. Cutting Edge assumes no liability or responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of any architectural product manufactured and distributed by Cutting Edge. Additionally, Cutting Edge assumes no responsibility for any defective product not manufactured or distributed by Cutting Edge in which a product of Cutting Edge is attached to or made a part of said product. The above warranty and limited remedy is made in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranty of merchantability, the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and any implied warranty arising out of course of dealing, or a custom, or usage of trade.
Ordering
- Foam shapes can be ordered from our existing designs included in our catalog, or if you prefer designing your own shapes, our design department can assist you.
- Lead time:
- 3 to 5 business days for raw foam shapes.
- o 10 to 15 business days for coated (base or finish) shapes.
- Scaled drawings, signed by both parties, are required with the initial order.
- If not available, shop drawings will be produced for your convenience.
- All dimensions for the shapes must be indicated for the initial drawings.
Payment
- The minimum order is $100.
- We require a 50% deposit, at the time the order is placed, on all orders, with the balance due upon delivery or pick-up.
- We accept Visa or MasterCard for all payments or deposits.
Delivery
- All pricing is based on FOB Bradenton plant location.
- All material can be picked up at our Bradenton plant location without charge.
- Additionally, we offer delivery to any location, either in our trucks or through an outside common carrier.
- Customer service is a top priority, and we will work with our customers to meet all product availability and delivery requirements.
